Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is best known for playing Violet Plunkett, in CBS the sitcom Mom. Calvano is from California and initially was intrigued by athletics. However, she later chose to pursue a career in acting. In a CBS"NCIS," she made her debut "NCIS" her debut came in the year 2010. The following year her first major-screen debut made it into the biographical crime movie J Edgar. Over the years she's established herself as one of the most promising actors in the field. As a result of her appearance in 'NCIS', she received a nomination for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance on a Television Series Guest-starring Young Actress 11-15 years old in the year 2011. In 2013 she was also nominated for another Young Artist Award for her performance as a guest in the Disney XD comedy series 'Kickin' It'. Calvano played a part in the ensemble cast of Mom for its first three seasons, and also appeared on several occasions in the fourth. Her outing in 'Mom' earned her an award called the Gracie Allen Award for Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star in 2015.
